On Friday 7th June at about 5pm I went o Edmonton branch to collect a headlamp I had ordered online a return an incorrect but unused headlamp. I was accused of damaging it despite it not being damaged at all.
We took it out of the box and examined it thoroughly and it was completely evident that there was nothing wrong with it. In a extremely unprofessional manner with an attitude for no reason, a refund was issued. No apology given.
When the headlamp I ordered arrived the box had something that had spilled all over it which I had to clean out of my car.
For that reason, I would not recommend.
