Ordering process was great. I had free delivery but paid a pound extra for it.?? No notification of delivery so missed it turning up. Left a card to call local branch but got a call centre and was told it would be redelivered. Didn't turn up when advised so emailed to be told it had been passed to the local branch. Next day the delivery turned up with no notification luckily I was in. Why not send out a delivery notification? I feel like the site is for trade more than consumers that is why the deliveries just turn up durin* the day where a business would be open.
