My order was delivered late, and only arrived a week after I had ordered, following a complaint to the customer service team. (All the items were in stock at the time of ordering). As a result I wasn't able to do the work I had planned for the weekend.
To be fair this is the first time this has happened with Euro, but I'll think twice next time I need to order some parts.
