Ordering on the app is easy but when I went to collect at Cheadle no one wanted to serve me. I stood there like a Christmas card for 5 mins even though 3 staff members knew I was waiting. It was disgraceful to be honest.
If I hadn't have already paid I would have walked out . Have used other branches in nelson and Blackburn where the service was very good.
