Whenever I've attended, there is always a wait to get any support and no polite acknowledgement of your existence or wait time..
Collected prepaid click and collect the other week. Given the wrong product (which fyi was more expensive than what I paid for).
Returned to exchange it, no product available.
Customer service was so poor, no acknowledgement of the wasted time returning the wrong item, no offer to help source the needed product (oil). No politeness at all. Though I will say, this is pretty consistent across customer service roles everywhere now. It's rare to get stand out customer service, standards are low so it's at least in keeping with other settings.
