I ordered four items one of which was wrong and totally irrelevant to my needs. The resolution was for ECP to get a courier to collect the wrongly delivered item, following that the correct one would be dispatched (were it in stock). Long-winded, to say nothing of requiring two journeys and having to wait a couple of weeks before i could carry out the work on my car. The system needs to be geared up to show 'out-of-stock' items on the website and the returns policy and method of exchange/replacement revised.
