After a long 15 minute queue, I asked for the pads to collect, for my Q7 rear, I added if it had multiple options, but was told no.
Paid for the pads, drove home, stripped them down, only to find incorrect pads,
2 options available, 30 mile round trip to go and replace and another 15 minute queue!!!
Not the best experience.
