AS I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE PAST, I FIND IT MOST FRUSTRATING WHEN I COMPLETE A CLICK AND COLLECT I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE Q IN THE SHOP BEHIND PEOPLE WHO ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A PART THEY MIGHT BUY IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT OR PEOPLE WANTING TO RETURN WRONG PARTS AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT PARTS ARE AND WHAT PRICE THEY ARE. I APPRECIATE THESE PEOPLE REQUIRE ATTENTION (I SOMETIMES AM ONE OF THEM).
WHY CANT YOU HAVE A COUNTER THAT ONLY DEALS WITH CLICK AND COLLECT, SO AS THE ACTUAL PROCEDURE MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION. IT WOULD STOP FRUSTRATED Q'S
