Ordered Saturday late morning, was told on the order delivery would be 3 to 4 days, so had it sent to my work address (which is closed weekends). Super efficient, you tried to deliver 90 minutes after I placed the order! - if I had known that I would have had it sent to my house where I was, not my work address which was closed!!!
Spend the next week and a bit trying in vain to get it delivered, multiple phone calls, piller to post, nobody taking charge of the issue, all useless. Ended up just going to Catford branch to pick it up in the end.
