Bought a Valeo Silencio wiper blade from Euro Carparts Voyager Park Portsmouth.
When I got it home I discovered the package had been previously opened and the item was out of its plastic sleeve and was damaged- the rubber blade was partly pulled out of its backing.
Needing the wiper and not wanting to waste another hour in rush hour traffic I eventually managed to feed the rubber back into the blade. But it should not have been sold in this condition.
I will always scrutinise purchases now before I leave the shop.
