Biggest issue here is the lack of easy access to the stores by phone. You have to call 10 times and you are not able to speak to anyone before being disconnected, or being left hanging or not even picking up!
Another gripe, I purchased a starter motor and assured it was the right part to later find it wasn't. Then I have to return it but I live out of town so more time and fuel waisted. Then they order the right part which is £260 more than the first part. To later find I could purchase one 40% of their price.
