I ordered break pads, I left it too late to collect and they put them back (my fault). But I received an email to state it had been “collected” called the branch to be told that was how it works on their system and I’ll receive a refund in 3-5 working days (not a problem). 7 working days later no refund, I called again to be told “sorry someone hasn’t processed the refund, it’ll take 3-5 days now.”
Currently on day 6 of the second “3-5 days” still no refund
