Ordered the parts on line for collection. I wanted to collect them on Saturday morning at 8:00 am as I had an appointment at 9:15. I arrived at 8:00 only to find a notice pinned to the door to tell me they wouldn't open until 9 due to staff shortages.
Spent the rest of the day trying to catch up.
