The manager at my local Euro Car Parts talked me into opening a cash account as I used them quite a lot. The reality is parts are cheaper through your website than they are on my account which is quite frustrating. Not really worth having an account. A high percentage of the time parts are not there when they should be or are wrong. Waiting times in store are mostly long as not enough staff members on the front counter serving. Seems very poorly organised. I have been in the local store waiting for over an hour previously. I don’t think it’s really acceptable.
