The item I wanted was in stock but that was the only positive.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve witnessed. Kept waiting for an age for a click and collect. No welcome, eye contact or acknowledgment or Thankyou. Another customer was treated like dirt, and to the point of hostility and hatred. When asked for the assistants name they were told ‘go away, my name is go away’.
Totally shocked to be honest.
