Paid for same day delivery (£8) but received the item 4 days later. I missed a delivery as I wasn't at home which is fair enough however the contact number on the card they left in my letterbox was for a completely different branch who didn't want to deal with my query, so took me 4 days to rearrange delivery after finally getting through to a human at my local ECP store.
Item arrived now and im happy with the product, however delivery process ended up being a bit of a faff.
