I ordered a windscreen wiper online, for collection the next day. After paying, the website said it would be ready from 9:15am the next day.
When I went to the store at around 1pm they said the computer had no such order.
So I had to buy it again and then try to get my money back for the original order.
Having said that, their prices are usually very good.
