Supplied the wrong part even given an order with the part number. I sent my young son with the removed part for the guy to check before he left, he said “ yes! That’s the one”. It quite clearly wasn’t and it was quite clearly the wrong part for both yours and my part numbers!
I wouldn’t complain but it happens so much at the Telford store where they supply the incorrect parts. It’s time consuming and costly to keep returning to get the correct part.
I’m close to never using ECP again unless in an emergency. It’s not worth the hassle.
