Order confirmation email stated item would be ready for collection after 4pm on day of order but when I went to collect it I was told item was not there as it was coming from head office, so a wasted journey. Why send an email saying the item will br ready for collection when it wasn't even at the branch.
So another trip to the branch the following day to collect the item, then 2 days later received emails saying item ready for collection. Euro Car Parts need to get their admin sorted out asap as they are wasting customers time and will eventually lose their custom.
