Ordered some break pads , which for whatever reason could not be delivered so I had to collect. As I was desperate for these pads I travelled 22 miles to the store only to find that although they said they had the pads , they actually didn't. This was on the Saturday. I received an email telling me that they would definately have them there the next day. The next day arrived and the store was shut. I phoned on the monday and they said they had the pads so I agaion travelled 45n miles round trip to finally get them.
