Parts ordered to branch . Email received to say items ready for collection, staff unable to see items on screen so tell me they are not on stock & come back tomorrow. Return the next day (late afternoon) and am told again items are not in stock. I then ask the staff member to double check as was told items were in stock & after approx 10/15 mins he confirms items were in stock the entire time just not on the system. Small error but could've saved me time going back & forth to collect parts.
