I found the assistant very helpful. It appeared that I had brought the wrong item and she was able to process and informed me to keep paperwork in case of eventualities.
I have only visited the store twice and on my first visit a young man reporting for work walked past reception and asked if I was served. I was quite impressed as most people would think I have not started work and it’s not my business.
