Website - no issues, easy to navigate.
When I went to collect I had to ring the bell 4 times in a period of 10minutes to get some assistance.
If I hadn’t reserved the item I would’ve walked out.
Appalling service .
I’ve given 3 stars for the website. I’d give 0 stars if I could for the collection part.
