I went to collect the 5 items after I received a message to state the items were ready to collect. When I went to collect the items I was told they did have 2 of them. There was no apology or any form of remorse and I was just told to come back tomorrow to get the other two items. The staff at Eurocar parts should be sent to a customer service training academy. You might actually retain customers that way. Courtesy/manners does not cost anything.
