I ordered a tube of gasket sealent for next day collection from my local store, and received status updates of all stages. I paid for and collected it the next day from my local store without issue, but since i collected it i had several emails regarding my collection not being collected, which was quite annoying and i felt that this would possibly go against me should i order another collection, so i had to contact ECP to let them know it had been collected and explained the situation, but even then they thought i was cancelling my collection. Something clearly amiss somewhere.
