Traveled to the store as part was in stock online. Got to the store, didn't take part number. Guy said it was not in stock. Drove home tried to find elsewhere and couldn't. Decided to call up and check stock and it was available. Drove back and picked up the part. Spent about £20 in petrol due to staff incompetence.
