Still waiting for the courier company you have chosen to delivery the battery. It has now been over a week and it still has not been delivered. They have said they have had problems delivering it to the address in Newhaven, however the battery is being delivered to a company (Brighton and Hove Buses) in Newhaven which is open 24/7, including the engineering department. As it’s the weekend, I will give the courier one last chance to deliver the battery Monday. If this doesn’t happen I will be asking for the money back I have paid for the battery and use a company closer to our Site.
