I order many parts on many occasions from Euro car parts and I usually go for click and collect from the Harlow branch. Every time i go in to collect my parts i see a very long queue and the waiting time is up to 10-15mins before you get seen and you have only one person serving. They take your details and leave the till point to look for parts which takes around 5-10m again. I have experienced this over 3 times now. I can see other colleagues walk up going towards the door but seems like they’re not interested to help or they are not bothered. Hope you can get this rectified as other customers also looked frustrated. Many thanks
