I was picking up a small lightbulb. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes to be served. Only one staff member was dealing with customers despite there being 3-4 more back office. This is a poor look and with no explanation leaves me, the customer feeling like I am not the priority. I like to support local shops but I could have ordered the same product for a few pennies more with Amazon, much more convenient.
