Went to the Exeter branch to collect a click and collect order. Order has apparently been 'lost'm the counter staff member was rude and unhelpful.
I asked to speak to the manager, to make a complaint, the person then left the desk and miracoulously (by looking on the click and collect shelf) 'found' my order!
Won't ever use them again
