Went to collect my parts from the Halifax branch after 3pm as per the email - was told my parts would not arrive until the next day, so I did a 20 mile round trip for nothing. Worse still, the manager would not authorise the order for delivery even though it was ECP's fault. So now I have to take another 20 mile round trip.
I was warned by colleagues about this place, I gave them a chance but never again - its just not worth the extra hassle.
Also, get more staff on the floor instead of drinking coffee in the office, yes I saw you and the shop was busy.
