Ordered my van part on a Friday to be collected on the Saturday due to the fact that the website said it was in stock at the Avonmouth branch. I had cancelled all plans over the weekend due to needing the vehicle on Monday.
The part wasn’t in stock when I arrived. I was displeased.
It was reordered to arrive the following Monday and when I went to pick it up during my very busy work day, it was the wrong part.
I will NEVER use Euro Car Parts again.
Please advise.
