Sunday 1st of June, we went to Gloucester store to collect a pre order battery, we arrived at 10.30am and we left the store at 11.15am, as due to only young guy serving, great chap too, as he we well under staffed, and we over herd that the manger didn’t want to come in, there was a big que, as we waited patiently he was very apologetic, for been under staffed, maybe look at your staffing rotas or maybe the manger can work a Sunday from time to time,
