Used twice in two weeks first time click and collect order 6 customers one person behind the counter. Takes 15 minutes to get served for them to not have the order read so a further wait.
The second time was for an oil filter reserved online to be told when I got there that no one has sent it from the warehouse without even checking the order details.
If click and collect as a service is to complex why offer it?
Definitely not going to bother with the place anymore I'll go elsewhere
