I had to make a few trips to the store in Harlow as the first item I purchased wouldn't fit and I needed to get a refund. Then after some further adjustments to the vehicle I was able to purchase a product in the end and it was delivered to me. The two members of staff who assisted me at the customer desk , (1 male and 1 female whose names I did not catch) were more than helpful, gave good advice each time I was there and helped to process the refund very quickly. I was not home when the final purchase was delivered but the person who delivered it made sure that it was safely left with a neighbour and it was a heavy item. The delivery time was exactly within the time it was expected. So my experience from start to finish was very positive. The staff at Harlow were very customer focused and gave the right advice in answer to all my queries. The product is now in the vehicle and working perfectly. Thank you
