Unfortunately I was third in line behind a customer who needed a considerable amount of help, which she was given patiently by the young man serving. It would have been helpful if the other assistant could have come to the counter sooner. He was already aware of the queue forming as he had been called at one point to help the other assistant. I appreciate that there may have been a reason why he couldn’t do so. But it did make me late for work. I would use Euro Car Parts again, but need to remember to allow more time
