The order nearly fell at the first hurdle: the website wouldn't recognise the 'makers reference' of the spark-plug I wanted. The website's look-up required 'Reg Number or Make/Model of your vehicle' - but this was for a lawn-mower! Fortunately I had the ECP stock number from a previous order: I left te site and dio a search exrterally. Quite a faff. I also elected for free delivery (the spark-plug was added because I was placing an order well over that minimum). I received an acknowlgement email by return then ... ... nothing, nil, nada, zip. Until I found the delivery (six loose items) on my doorstep on the fifth working day...
