i recently purchased brakepads for home delivery.Unfortunately these parts didn't arrive. I spoke to Shaun who was very understanding and explained what he was going to do. He could see that Evri had received the parcel and promised to contact Evri straight away.
On Monday 16th i received an email from Shaun advising that the pads would be with me that morning.
Shaun was very professional and polite at all times and i would like to thank him for his help in this matter.
Unfortunately Evri let your company down.
