Order placed, order accepted, money taken, no delivery. After chasing my own order, it was identified that they didn’t process the order on a secondary system. I had to make 4 long phone calls, and wait 2 days for a same day delivery costing me money. They offered £15 voucher. Pathetic. Will not be using again .
