Archaic click and collect system which involves going in, the counter worker scrawling out the order on a piece of paper and handing it to packing staff whilst you wait around for 15 minutes for it to be picked. instead of a stream line system you would experience in any other click and collect store.
The order was also picked wrong and further replacements never arrived despite being informed to come collect them. Lot of faffing for no good reason really.
