I ordered a few parts from Car parts for less.Unfortunately one of the parts which was sent was wrong.When I went back to Isleworth Eurocarparts to change it,I was given a refund instead of the part being exchanged.Obviously the member of staff couldn’t be bothered to carry out a exchange.And because I had placed the original order online through CPFL.I was charged the full price for the new part.
Only Car Parts For Less came to the rescue.
So definitely not impressed with EuroCarparts nor their staff.
