Went in darlington branch to collect my order was told wiper blades would be extra day so went in next day was told another 4 days . Asked to cancel them was told this was done 4 days later message to say they where
ready. Called in even tho i asked to cancel them and they where the wrong 1s anyway. Only 1 member of staff behind the counter so each time was a long wait before got served. Very poor service
