Very disappointed! Have to pay twice to be able to take my item with me while euro car part kept the money of my first payment until they decide to refund. All because I wasn’t able to collect it within a week after have explained to a young man on the till on the day of my purchase that I would be abroad on my truck working and to please keep it onsite. Totally ignored my request and even if though it was already payed, they’ve cancelled my order and even though the item was still available at the store I was forced to pay for it again if I wanted it with me, for the refund could take up to ten days. This is so upsetting and disgraceful that we as consumers we have the right to pay always straight away when ordering something there is not even right there yet, but the sellers are allowed to keep our money for as long as they want just because they say so. On a digital world where payments happens within seconds this is utterly unacceptable. Euro car part will never ever see my money again, that I can assure! That I know for sure!
