I bought a pool that was on sale on June 19. I was told I could collect it 3 days later. When I went after 3 days, they said the product hadn’t arrived yet and told me to come back on Friday. I went on Friday, but it still hadn't arrived, and they told me to come on Monday. In the meantime, I keep getting emails saying 'Your product has arrived, come and pick it up,' but the product is still nowhere to be seen, and I haven’t received a proper response. Today is the 29th, and I’m still waiting for the product to arrive.
