Ordered parts on a Friday morning for a 4pm pick up. Later drove for 40 minutes, arrived at 4:50 and the parts weren't there. Was advised to return Saturday after 11am.
Returned Saturday at 11:15 and the parts still hadn't arrived but they had one on the shelf I could have?!?! But, I'd have to return on the following Monday to get my refund for the service exchange.
Returned again on the Tuesday and my order hadn't arrived, although the helpful lady sorted my service exchange refund.
I wasted 3 hours travelling plus the cost of fuel, not taking into account having the car off the road.
Not the service I expect.
