I never write bad reviews but the service I received in store was so poor.
I ordered my part on the website using the part finder through my number plate. found the brake pads that I assumed would fit my car because they was listed and said compatible with my car.
I then make a 10 mile round trip to pick my brake pads up. Took them to my mechanic for him to say you have given me the wrong part.
I then make the same trip again and was greeted by a rude member of staff who thought it was clever to mock the fact that the part wasn’t even for my car. I said it was from the website suggested that it was the part and he said no and tried to charge an extra £80 for what apparently would be the correct part.
1. I’m not a mechanic so I had to go off on what I was advised by your website.
2. Why list the part saying it would fit if it doesn’t.
3. Why was I made to feel it was my fault that the part was wrong.
