The item I chose to purchase I had looked up online, putting in my vehicle details a particular item was recommended. I was able to purchase the item on the day, it was in good new condition, sadly one of the parts didn't fit my vehicle, it was too short. On returning the item, no problem, an alternative, same make, with alonger bar was offered, I declined because the clamps provided, being universal they were not a good fit. The payment was returned to my account within days, so no complaint. I have now purchased a vehicle specific item, lesson learnt, two 34 mile round trips and time wasted!
