I placed my order on Friday and got a message saying it was ready to collect by 3 pm. I went to the store after 4 pm, only to be told it hadn’t arrived yet and would be in the next morning. I came back on Saturday after 11 am, but the order still wasn’t there. I finally managed to pick it up on Monday.
I’m not blaming the staff but the system clearly isn’t working as it should. It’s frustrating to get a collection message when the item isn’t actually there.
