Generally good service, however when time came to collect your advisor was unattentive lacked a smile and finally was pointed to go next door to pick up the parts.
She could have come round to counter with them !
The parts were left unattended and anyone could have claimed them.
Please ask your staff to be friendly and come across as gappy to assist with public !
