On my day off pick up I stood in the shop floor for 5 minutes before the member of staff who was at the other side of the door was busy chatting and laughing away. I was then greeted with not once ounce of customer service, I gave over my collection number to which she said another member of staff to collect and was then again stood waiting for what felt like a life time then the member of staff came back with my order, he just set it in the bench and walked off, not one word was spoken or even a try of a smile. I have worked in retail for 20years now I if I ever gave customer service (or NO customer service) that I received I would have lost my job.
